APPLICATION POLICIES

Complete the online registration form, noting which program(s) you wish to attend.

NOTE: 4 steps are required to successfully complete this online application. You will be able to revise your entire application before making a payment so please do NOT use your browser's back button.

(FTE reserves the right to set qualifications to attend a program and select participants.)

Deposit ($200) must accompany application. Application is not considered complete until the deposit is received by the FTE.
FTE accepts Mastercard and Visa. (Note: If you choose to submit the deposit by check, please print the online application and send with the deposit to:

Online applications received without deposit will NOT be considered..

Faxed applications are NOT accepted.

Deposit Refund: After completing the program, or upon notification of unsuccessful application, deposits will be credited back to card or deposit check will be returned.

Cancellation Policy: Because of the high demand for these programs and need to provided reading materials well in advance of the conference, cancellation less than 60 days before the program will result in forfeiture of deposit.
