EFL Student Application Form

The following sites will host Economics and Leadership programs in 2004.

If you wish to apply for a space in the 2004 Economics for Leaders Program, fill in the online application below or print out the application and mail it in. Note that you must be in your junior year of high school to be eligible for this program.

Applications must be received by March 15, 2004. No postmarks accepted. Please print clearly or type. All portions of the application must be filled out for consideration.. No faxes will be accepted.

Be sure to indicate your first, second, and third choice for date/site preference. The FTE will send program materials by mid-April to students who are accepted. A $100 program fee will be assessed upon acceptance to the program.
