EHFL programs focus on economic history instead of just economics, and also teach leadership skills through the engaging, hands-on curriculum. As in EFL, the EHFL programs highlight the ‘economic way of thinking’ to help students understand the economic forces behind pivotal events in American history, such as the creation of the American government, westward expansion, and the Great Depression, and how this type of critical reasoning and thinking can help future leaders learn from history.
